No. PlugSafe reads from the cameras, DVRs and NVRs already installed, over RTSP and ONVIF. There is no re-cabling and no hardware swap — the AI engine is a server that sits on your network alongside the fleet you already own.

No. All processing happens on-premise and video stays inside your network. The system is air-gap-capable, which is why it can be deployed at sites where a cloud camera product cannot be installed at all, and it is encrypted at rest and in transit with a full event log held locally.
