These terms govern your access to and use of the Idea Infotech website (ideainfotech.ai). By using the site you agree to these terms.
Idea Infotech Pvt Ltd — trading as Idea, and formerly known as IDEA Foundation — is a technology and AI consulting organisation headquartered in India, operating internationally across 18+ countries. The change of name does not affect the legal entity or any agreement entered into under the earlier name.
This site provides information about our services, owned products, customer stories, and careers. It is not a commitment of services; engagements are governed by separate written agreements.
All content on this site — text, images, layout, branded product names (HoloMap, PlugSafe, Aedrix, Castle, Intfuzon, NOSTRA, Bhaasha, Jatayu, Immersive Training Systems, Augmented Maritime Awareness, Housing & Urban AI) — is owned by Idea Infotech or licensed for our use. You may view and link to pages for non-commercial purposes; reproduction or republication requires written permission.
Do not use the site or our contact forms in ways that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that interfere with site operation or security. Automated scraping and crawling that bypasses robots.txt is not permitted.
Site content is provided “as is”. We take care to keep it accurate, but it is not a substitute for the documentation, contracts, or briefings that accompany an actual engagement.
We sometimes link to third-party sites for context. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or operation of those sites.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, where Idea Infotech is incorporated and headquartered. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
